"We love the home! It is not only aesthetically beautiful, it is also very user friendly and practical with all the little explanatory notes in the utility room and the attention to design and detail from the large concepts on down to the small.  

Some of the things we especially like are the wide entryway room, all the windows between the upper and lower kitchen cabinets, the high ceiling in the living/dining area and actually, the feeling of still having some privacy amongst many homes due to the way the home and windows are laid out.

Also, we thank you for leaving the welcome gifts... the sandwich tray and other snacks, the plant, the coffee mugs and the nice key rings. All very much appreciated!"

Dabbert Custom Homes is more than just a seasoned home builder, they also provide commercial property and fit-up. We lease space built by DCH that started out completely unfinished (dirt floor and all). Their team helped us design the office space we needed and they provided the best quality of craftmanship and on-time delivery. After we moved in, they continued to provide support and followed up to make sure all the details were taken care of. I give a 5-star rating and highly recommend them!

Any issues we had with the house were resolved (or are being resolved) to our satisfaction, and we feel DCH went above and beyond to stand behind their product. We did a lot of research on builders before we purchased and we went with DCH because of their reputation, and the fact they were also the land developer. "Well, I personally didn't think we'll find a home that'll check all the boxes in my wife's imagination ever, until our agent painted Mike with Dabbert homes in the picture. Of the 5 home designs shown to us in the showing, I personally would've settled with any. Even the lower price home are as appealing, The home we settled for surly delivered and surpassing my wife's expectation. The high ceiling, natural lightning, floor layout cabinet color, good quality materials. The low cabinet microwave location and the soaker tub got my wife sold and as for me, the built-in fireplace and the 3 car garage.

Our dream of buying the home almost came crashing when we hit a wall on selling our old home. Mike together with the rest of the Dabbert team did the unheard of. We were able to move in to our home two weeks before closing in time for Christmas and my wife's birthday. No only that, they were willing to buy our twin home had we not sold it in time so we can fulfill our dream of owning this particular home.

"Helped out in a time of a need. The Property Manager who manages the entirety of DCH Property Management properties puts your needs above all else. She is punctual and precise in her delivery of information. We were from out of state and she still found a way to share videos of each home we were interested and was beyond flexible. She even tolerated us when we let our life stress pour into the transaction which is inexcusable. The human aspect and true class of an entity is alive and well in this company."
