International Builder Show 2026

Last week our team was in Orlando for the International Builders’ Show (IBS), soaking up the latest trends, products, innovation, and education shaping the future of homebuilding.

Our leader spent time meeting with National Area Chairmen and had the honor of introducing college students at the Area 10 Reception, representing our five-state region: North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. It’s always inspiring to see leadership, collaboration, and the next generation of builders all in one room. Meanwhile, our team was busy learning, connecting, and bringing fresh ideas back home to continue delivering the Dabbert Difference. What an incredible week of growth, leadership, and inspiration!

Meet Lucia, our dedicated DCH Property Manager, who keeps our properties running smoothly while creating a positive experience for every resident and client she works with.

Outside of work, Lucia enjoys volunteering, traveling, and exploring new places and cultures. She loves spending time in the kitchen cooking, attending Minnesota Timberwolves games, and is always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and grow both personally and professionally.

Primary Residence Credit for ND Homeowners

Don’t forget to get your property tax discount! North Dakota has extended the primary home tax credit for another year. Registration is open now and you can apply online. Here is the website: https://www.tax.nd.gov/prc.

Signing up for this credit only taxes a few minutes. 😆 Based on last year's feedback, finding your Parcel Identification Number was the only step some people didn't know and had to look up.

Simply type in your address and you will see your home address and your Parcel Number is in the left hand column.
