Employee Spotlight

Say hello to Amanda, our Client Relations rockstar who keeps everything running smoothly for our homeowners! Amanda is a married mom of two and wears many hats. When she’s not connecting with clients, you might find Amanda cheering on the Horace Hawks football team (where her husband coaches), enjoying a round of volleyball or golf, or watching her favorite college football teams in action. She also has a passion for all things DIY and design, often working on home-improvement projects or tending to her 300 sq. ft. cut flower garden where she creates beautiful arrangements.

Her lighter side? She describes herself as an occasional writer, dog lover, DIY’er, teacher’s wife, and lover of anything smothered in cheese! 🧀 We’re grateful for Amanda’s energy, creativity, and dedication, she truly makes a difference for our team and our clients every day!

Lake Day

In August, we traded our hard hats for sunglasses and hit the water! Between great food, laughter, and lake views, it was the perfect way to unwind and celebrate the amazing people who make our team so special. Cheers to sunshine, teamwork, and making memories!

Back on the Green

Our team came out in full force for the August BIA Golf Outing, enjoying a day of networking, community, and plenty of friendly competition on the course. It was a fantastic chance to connect with industry partners, support the Building Industry Association of the RRV, and of course, have a little fun along the way. We’re grateful for opportunities like this to step outside the office, build relationships, and celebrate the incredible people who make our industry thrive.

Fall Parade of Homes

Mark your calendars! The Fall Parade of Homes is just around the corner:

• Last two weekends in September + Mondays
• Saturdays & Sundays: Noon–5 PM
• Mondays: 3–7 PM

This year, we’re thrilled to showcase 8 beautiful homes, including 6 brand-new floor plans making their debut! We’ve also got a few special surprises up our sleeve… but we won’t spoil them just yet. Stay tuned and plan to stop by to see for yourself!
