Meet Dylan! A valued member of the Dabbert Custom Homes team for the past six years, Dylan truly enjoys the people he works with and the strong sense of teamwork. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and their two boys, ages 5 and 3. Whether it’s fishing, hunting, or soaking up lake life, Dylan is all about making memories with his family. He recently started taking his oldest son ice fishing, and it’s safe to say he’s hooked! We’re grateful to have Dylan on our team and appreciate all he brings to Dabbert Custom Homes!

During cold weather, indoor humidity can cause condensation on window surfaces, which may freeze and lead to ice formation. In situations of extreme cold, some condensation is inevitable. Maintaining a lower humidity level will help to keep condensation on your windows minimal. 

Reminders:

• If built with DCH, monitor the hygrometer that DCH provided and maintain a 25-30% but no more than 35% humidity.
• Keep curtains/shades open during day.
• Wipe up any excess moisture on windows.
• The DCH windows in the homes we build are vinyl, so they will not rot due to condensation.
