Meet Sam, our driven and dynamic Chief Operating Officer, who started his journey with Dabbert Custom Homes right after graduating from NDSU with degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration. Since day one, Sam has been a key part of our mission to build thoughtful homes and deliver exceptional experiences.

Outside of work, Sam is all about the outdoors and adventure. He’s a passionate archery deer hunter, seasoned in international hunts across Africa and South America, and loves soaking up time at the lake. When he’s not in the field or on the water, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, 3-year-old daughter and his 6-year-old goldendoodle, or diving into hands-on projects, because Sam rarely sits still for long! We’re grateful for his leadership, energy, and commitment to keeping things moving forward!

Back on the Green!

Our team took to the course again this month... all for a good cause, supporting GiGi's Playhouse and our local FMWF Chamber of Commerce. It was a great few days of golf, connection, and community impact! Whether swinging clubs or sharing our mission, we're proud to support organizations that make a difference!

We went behind the scenes with the Builder of Excellence TV show! Our team recently had an exciting day on set filming for an upcoming episode of the Builder of Excellence. From showcasing our thoughtfully designed homes to sharing what makes the Dabbert Difference, it was an incredible experience highlighting the heart of what we do. Summer Home Maintenance Checklist

• Clean and service AC unit from debris
• Clean gutters & downspouts to ensure proper drainage during summer storms
• Power wash siding, deck, porch, and driveway if needed
• Seal/re-stain decks to protect from sun and moisture
• Lubricate garage door tracks and hinges
• Check locks on windows and doors
• Replace HVAC filters monthly or every 3-4 months pending the size of filter
• Clean dryer vent and consider a whole home duct cleaning
• Wash windows
• Flush sediment from hot water heater
• Test sump pump to ensure it's working
• Inspect for signs of insects or pests
