Employee Spotlight

Meet Sarah, our talented Interior Designer whose eye for detail and passion for design help bring every Dabbert home to life! This past year, Sarah became a registered Interior Designer after earning her NCIDQ certification, a major professional milestone. This certification not only validates her knowledge and experience but also reflects her commitment to creating beautiful, safe, and functional spaces that meet strict health and safety codes. When she’s not immersed in design plans, Sarah enjoys baking, gardening, and fishing. She shares her life with her fiancé Harrison and their sweet pup, Winnie. We’re lucky to have Sarah’s creativity and expertise on our team!

Hitting the Green!

Our team took to the course for a cause this month, supporting Haley’s Hope in their mission to raise awareness for dyslexia. It was a great day of golf, connection, and community impact! Meanwhile, other team members were proudly representing the Professional Women in Building Council (PWBC) at the BIA Golf Outing, bringing awareness to the opportunities for women in the building industry. Whether swinging clubs or sharing our mission, we're proud to support organizations that make a difference!

Summer Block Party

What a day! Our Summer Block Party was a huge hit, sunshine, great food, and a whole lot of fun. We had over 30 teams competing in the bean bag tournament, and plenty of action with axe throwing and the dunk tank! Guests enjoyed delicious Wood Fire Pizza and Windsor Waffles while touring our 8 stunning model homes and checking out 4 brand new floor plans. A big thank you to everyone who joined us, especially First International Bank and Trust and The Title Company for your partnership for the event. It was a fantastic way to connect, showcase our homes, and celebrate summer!
