Meet Cole, our dedicated Project Manager who brings passion and precision to every home we build. As a proud father, avid outdoorsman, and BIA Board Member, Cole wears many hats, each one with purpose. When he’s not overseeing construction schedules or coordinating with crews, you’ll find him out on the golf course, fishing, or hunting. He also loves exploring homes in other areas to gather fresh ideas and inspiration, helping us bring even more creativity and innovation to our builds. Voices of Vision with Erin Andrews

Our team recently had the incredible opportunity to attend the FMWF Chamber’s Voices of Vision event, featuring the dynamic Erin Andrews and her keynote, "Beyond the Sidelines: Leadership, Grit and Growth." Her inspiring message on perseverance, leadership, and pushing beyond limits struck a chord with us all. Even better? Two of our lucky team members got an exclusive photo with Erin herself, a moment they won’t soon forget! Spring Parade of Homes

What a fun two weekends! We wrapped up the Spring Parade of Homes with a full lineup, six beautiful homes on the parade, three bonus open houses, and the exciting reveal of five brand-new floor plans! The sun was shining, the streets were buzzing, and the energy was electric as visitors explored thoughtfully designed spaces and gathered fresh inspiration. To top it off, we celebrated our 15-year anniversary in style with 15 exciting giveaways throughout the weekend. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, toured our homes, and helped make this such a memorable event. We can’t wait to see you again this fall!
